TERMS OF USE

Shipping:

The products from PacificGeek.com is shipped from several different warehouses around the country. We offer shipping by FedEx Ground, FedEx Air Services, USPS Priority and First class. Some warehouse will ship by other ground services like UPS and USPS. FedEx ground typically takes 4-7 business days for delivery to most parts of the United States . USPS typically takes 3-5 business days. All shipping promotions such as: coupons for discounts on shipping or free shipping items will be sent by either USPS or FEDEX at Pacific Geeks Discretion. You will always see in real-time before you order exact shipping charges.

Since we use several of our Affiliates warehouses to ship from; you may receive part of your order a day or so before the entire order arrives.

Damaged and Missing Items:

If you receive any merchandise that has been damaged due to shipping you will need to contact the Freight Company and submit your claim to the carrier. If the damage is not shipping related you must contact Service@PacificGeek.com within 7 days of receipt of item. Missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. No exceptions. Inspect all your orders as soon as you receive.

APO/FPO

PacificGeek.com is pleased to offer the option of APO/FPO domestic shipping. APO, which stands for Army Post Office, and FPO, which stands for Fleet Post Office, both function as a branch of a designated United States Postal Service (USPS) civilian post office. All APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS.

Payment:

You can use your credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal Cart. Our site is tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test. The "live" HACKER SAFE mark appears only when a web site's security meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A 7.75% sales tax will be charged for orders shipped in Nevada

Shipping to a Different Address:

In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your PacificGeek.com account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, your order could be delayed. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

More Payment Options:

Purchase Orders, Wire Transfers & Checks, we're happy to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot ship your products until payment is received and verified, therefore, product availability may be affected by this delay. All orders paid by check or money order will be released to our warehouse for shipping 10 business days after receipt of payment. Once payment is received, order information cannot be modified. For wire transfer information, please contact a customer service rep. Wire transfers are released for shipment upon verification from our bank. IMPORTANT: Please print out your shopping cart and include with your payment to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment.

Purchase Orders:

Warranty:

All product on this site have a Minimum of a 30 day warranty All warrantees are stated on item description .

We now offer out of warrantee repairs. Our bench fee is a $75 minimum good for 1 hour of service. Any replacement parts are charged at web price. After one hour if necessary it is billed at $75 per hour but usually all hardware
issues are covered under the $75 bench fee. We do not pay for shipping. All Notebooks and Systems will be charge a $19.99 and $29.99 return shipping fee respectively

Returns:

  • A return request must be made through the online account area in order to receive a RMA number and instructions
  • Returns are only available 30 days after the product has been received
  • Damaged and missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Returns must be shipped to our warehouse no more than 10 days after you receive your RMA number from Pacific Geek
  • 14 days after your RMA number is sent, your return number is no longer valid
  • Pacific Geek does not pay for shipping back to our warehouse
  • Returns must be made undamaged and in the original packaging
  • Refunds will be made to the purchaser in the original form of payment
  • All refusals, replacement refusals, and non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Refunds include the purchase price and tax (if applicable)
  • Shipping and handling charges for the customer and Pacific Geek are not refunded
  • Pacific Geek does not offer a compatibility guarantee; you will be subject to the 20% restock fee
  • Clearance items may be returned within the warranty period for replacement only
  • Software may only be returned if it is unopened
  • Extended Warranty purchases are non-refundable
  • Merchandise damaged due to shipping must be reported to the freight company for a claim

A credit card chargeback instigated by the customer will be voided and treated as fraudulent. Our merchant providers have these terms on file and will refund accordingly.

All details, including original order form, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), F.B.I. (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.

All clearance items may be returned for replacement only within the warranty period. No refunds.

All shipping and handling charges will not be refunded (yours & ours).

Customer Service will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number, to return the merchandise to us by email within 1 business day . The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with any other included components. Once the authorization number has been given the merchandise must be returned to us within seven (7) days from the issue date. We do not issue call tags or return slips regardless of the situation. The Service Department will inform you by email of what warehouse to return the product to. A replacement of the same item or a refund of your money minus 20% within the first 30 days only will be issued to you (your choice). After 30 days no refunds just warrantee replacement. If a chargeback is instigated by the customer we will void all warrantees and deny any claims as our Merchant providers have all these terms on file and will refunded as per these Terms of Use.
